Our respiratory care program offers comprehensive care and healthy recovery.
At Putnam Ridge, our respiratory therapists helps patients who are having trouble breathing due to illness or other chronic conditions. Respiratory therapists work under the direction of our doctors and treat a range of issues, including (most commonly) COPD and lung disease.
Our customized rehabilitation plan also incorporates exercises and breathing techniques to strengthen the lungs and improve oxygen intake. We also provide nutritional counseling and medication management to help our patients manage their own health and achieve their independence upon their return home.
