Administrator
Janet joined our team in 2018 and has spent many years working in a wide range of positions in healthcare. She brings a visionary style of leadership to Putnam Ridge.
Her focus continues to be quality and person centered care. Janet has achieved excellence in developing programs geared towards enhancing the quality of life for our residents. She is also well known for her stellar leadership skills in the area of dementia care.
Janet inspires the rest of our team with her core values of integrity, passion, excellence and respect and we are truly proud to have her on board.

GEORGE GORICH MD, CMD, CAQ
Medical Director
George Gorich, MD, has been an internist, Internal Medicine, Primary Care physician in Putnam County and the Hudson Valley area for almost 10 years.
Dr. Gorich brings warmth that matches his credentials. In his own words, Dr. Gorich says, "I have a passion and love for each of my patients."
Dr. Gorich has a specialty in geriatric medicine and is accredited by the American Board of Internal Medicine CAQ and has achieved the designation of being a Certified Diplomat.
We are proud and honored to have this dedicated and world-class physician spearhead our clinical team at Putnam Ridge.

KATHLEEN FLOOD
Director Of Nursing
I started my career in 1975 in an acute hospital setting. I worked in an acute setting for 13 years before making the transition to long term care. I have been at Putnam Ridge for the past 8 years.
I know that the mission of providing our residents with love, compassion and respect is carried out on a daily basis by our wonderful and caring nursing staff.

VIVIAN FRERKING
Director of Rehabilitation
I have devoted much of my Physical Therapy career to gerontology. I am dedicated to helping the elderly reach their maximum potential by working closely with each resident and their families to set and work towards their individualized goals. I find that having a positive approach helps residents focus on their accomplishments and feel proud of their progress. I take a great deal of pride in our highly experienced and dedicated staff who provide excellent and comprehensive quality of care, and make a difference in the lives of our residents each and everyday.

MARY O'CONNOR
Director Of Social Service
Growing up in a neighborhood surrounded by older adults, influenced my desire to work in long-term care.
I have worked in the industry as a Social Worker for over 17 years and have found the field to be highly rewarding. It is my goal to provide a person centered care approach that respects and honors the individuality of each resident.
I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

I am happy to have recently joined the Putnam Ridge team. I am pleased to share my 30 years of nursing experience to help our residents.
I work with a wonderful team, who are doing what they do because they truly care.

ELISE LALIK

I have been at Putnam Ridge for the past 15 years. My knowledge and understanding of our units and having a close relationship with the staff, enables me to give valued feedback to families when touring our wonderful facility. Meeting families and supporting them through their heart felt decisions is most rewarding.
I also work closely with our nurse liaison, hospital case managers, community agencies as well as physicians, in placing potential residents into the appropriate level of care in the facility. I am proud to be a part of a very interactive team that puts our residents first.

JESSICA LASCH
Community Outreach Coordinator
I began working in the healthcare field when I was just 17 years old as a nursing assistant. It was then that I fell in love with seniors and began to pursue my career in healthcare.
My passion for helping people has been lifelong.
I strongly believe in making positive contributions to the community and I enjoy playing an active role in the life of our seniors.
My role at Putnam Ridge is to establish and maintain relationships in our community. I work with local hospitals, healthcare facilities, senior and community centers and a long list of physicians, to ensure that the quality of our care is unrivaled.

CINDY PANKOVIC
Hospital Clinical Liaison
I have worked In the field of Healthcare since graduating from High School. I have always wanted to help people; starting in my childhood when I was the Army nurse in our backyard!
One of my accomplishments has been to include family members in the medical planning of their loved ones. I believe that taking care of the patients needs while including the family, allows for a better healing process. I enjoy listening and sharing in the experiences of those who I meet.
My position as Nurse Liaison gives me the opportunity to speak with patients and their families and hopefully, to make a positive difference in their lives.

PEARL MURPHY
Director of Recreation
I have been in the healthcare field for the past 12 years. I hold certification from the National Certified Council for Activity Professionals in Memory Care and as an Activity Director. I have always enjoyed putting events and programs in place that enhance the quality of life for our residents. We always have something special happening and many choices for our residents to make. It continues to be my privilege to continue to enrich the quality of care for the residents in our facility.

JEANNE HUBNER RN, MSN, CNP
Nurse Practioner
It has been my privilege to practice my profession for 30 plus years in a variety of settings. The past 10 years at Putnam Ridge have allowed me to utilize my unique set of experiences while enjoying continuous growth and fulfillment in caring for this geriatric population in long term care , along with those residents in our sub- acute rehabilitation unit.
I am proud to be part of a team of professionals who are positive, conscientious and caring while providing excellent care for our residents. I enjoy working each day with this terrific team to contribute to the quality of life for each resident here at Putnam Ridge.

MAUREEN LAUNZINGER
Rehabilitation Unit Manager
I have worked at the Ridge for the past 15 years. During that time I have held several key position in nursing throughout the facility.
For the past 3 years I have been the unit manager on the short term unit. While all the positions have been rewarding, the ability to work with the team in getting residents to heal and get stronger, has not only been inspirational, but it's most rewarding to see them return home to their families. Life is a beautiful thing!

JUNE MURPHY
Secured Memory Unit Manager
I began my nursing career over 30 years ago, and for the past 7 years, I have dedicated myself to working with people living with dementia. I strive to ensure that our residents have fulfilling experiences in their day to day activities. Maintaining residents individuality and interests are key to their happiness. I have explored new and innovative means of reaching out to those struggling with the confinement that Alzheimer's and dementia may impose on them, by utilizing cutting edge techniques such as employing music therapy, movement and a variety of stimulation activities to optimize engagement and connection. I especially take pride and enjoyment in making a difference in the residents lives, encouraging them and supporting them through every stage of their life while protecting their safety, nurturing their family ties and offering new experiences.

SUE ANN CIATTO
Dietican
I'm a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (CD-N) with New York State. I have been practicing over 20 years with most of that time spent with the geriatric population.
I have had the privilege of working in the geriatric rehabilitation setting for a large part of my career which has been very rewarding.
Nutrition plays a huge role in the overall health and well-being of people of all ages, but the geriatric population have unique needs that require careful attention to hydration, skin integrity and battling chronic disease. Being a part of a team that works with people everyday to reach their full potential is inspirational and I am proud to be a member of the Putnam Ridge community!
