National Eye Exam Month

National Eye Exam month is celebrated throughout August and is the perfect time to understand the importance of keeping your eyes healthy and vision clear.

Eye health should be a priority the same as regular exercise and a healthy diet. To maintain healthy vision, adults ages 18 to 60 should have a comprehensive eye exam at least every two years. The connection of eyesight to your overall health, independence, and quality of life is too important to be ignored.

Routine eye exams will help maintain your vision as well as detect various eye problems and concerns about your overall health.
