The residents look happy, clean, and content. The communication between staff and family is great. The activities are abundant and engaging. Dialysis room is spotless, Fay (HD nurse) took wonderful care of my husband and treated him with respect. She also knew exactly how to bandage his access site properly (IYKYK) I’m awful with names, so I cannot name everyone to thank.

My mother has been at Putnam Ridge for almost a year. Came from another NH in lower Westchester. To say it is a night and day difference is a gross understatement. She is very happy here, gets great care, facility is beautiful and clean and it has great outdoor access. No one wants to ever end up in a NH but this place makes it so much easier.

Very grateful for the care received at Putnam ridge. Philip the supervisor was outstanding could not be more helpful. David was a wonderful nurse and all of the nurses asdistants were very kind. Special thanks also to the dietician who really paid such close attention to all of one's needs. Although our loved one Sue was unable to do much physical therapy the department tried so hard to help her, much appreciated. Overall really appreciate everyone's help and care.
