Visitation Update

Dear Family and Friends

Please see the latest visitation update:

  •  All visitors must present with a negative PCR or rapid test for Covid.
  • PCR should be done 2 days prior to visit.  Bring printed result and present to the receptionist on duty.
  • Rapid testing should be conducted within 24 hours of the visit. Home tests are acceptable.  Take a picture of your result to present to the receptionist on duty.
  • For visitors who visit for multiple days, including a visitor that comes every day, proof of negative testing is required at a minimum of every third day (meaning at a minimum testing is required on day one, day 4, day 7, and so on).

Our testing supplies are limited so please make every effort to obtain and complete your testing prior to your visit.   If you choose to be tested at Putnam Ridge an appointment will need to be scheduled during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

Mary O'connor

Director Of Social Service

Growing up in a neighborhood surrounded by older adults, influenced my desire to work in long-term care.

I have worked in the industry as a Social Worker for over 17 years and have found the field to be highly rewarding. It is my goal to provide a person centered care approach that respects and honors the individuality of each resident.

I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
